Where I live, we have these ringneck snakes. In the summer, their babies would be everywhere. These are tiny little things; they look like a worm on steroids. You’ll find them in just about every crevice. One time I saw one working its way up the grooves of the brick wall and I thought, “How did you get up there?”
I said they were everywhere but even I didn’t expect this. I was making tea one morning and as I pulled my mug up to my lips, there it was. There was a snake in my tea.
